体育锻炼与聋哑大学生自我效能感关系的调查研究

【摘要】:残疾人群作为社会的一员,同时作为一个弱势群体,他们的自我效能感更值得我们去关注。本研究扩大了自我效能感的研究领域,将研究对象选取为聋哑学生。通过分析聋哑学生体育锻炼与其自我效能感的关系,提高聋哑学生参加体育活动的积极性,有利于进一步了解自己的能力,以提高他们平等参与的意识。 本文选取南京市三所特殊教育学校的聋哑大学生为调查对象,主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、逻辑分析法进行全面的资料收集,所有数据通过SPSS17.0统计软件与Microsoft office excel2003办公软件进行统计分析和处理,采用独立样本T检验、单因素方差分析法、线性回归等统计方法对数据进行分析。 由此得出:1)聋哑学生自我效能感在性别和年级上有差异,而在家庭来源上无显著性差异,聋哑学生在锻炼项目选择上具有性别特征;2)聋哑学生参与体育锻炼的动机明确;3)懒惰和没有持之以恒的决心成为聋哑学生参与体育锻炼的主要制约因素;4)和同学一起锻炼成为聋哑学生参与体育锻炼的首选形式。综合来看聋哑学生参与体育锻炼的现状不乐观,主要表现在锻炼时间短、锻炼频率低以及锻炼强度不高;5)不同体育锻炼项目对聋哑学生自我效能感的影响具有差异性,其中集体项目对聋哑学生自我效能感的提高具有促进作用;6)体育锻炼强度、体育锻炼持续时间、体育锻炼频率都对聋哑学生自我效能感的影响具有差异性,建议聋哑学生参加中等强度的体育锻炼,每周3至5次,每次持续时间为60分钟左右。 根据以上结果分析,建议:1)加强聋哑学生体育意识的培养;2)提供各种机会,充分利用效能信息获取渠道;3)加强环境建设,营造积极的自我效能发展氛围;4)开发符合聋哑学生特点的运动项目。
[Abstract]:People with disabilities as a member of the society, at the same time as a vulnerable groups, their self-efficacy is more worthy of our attention. This research expanded the research field of self-efficacy, the study selected for deaf students. Through analyzing the relationship between the deaf students' physical exercise and self-efficacy, enhance the enthusiasm of participating in sports activities deaf students, is conducive to the further understanding of their ability to enhance their sense of equal participation.
Deaf college students, this paper selects three special education schools in Nanjing city as the research object, using the method of literature review, questionnaire, interview, logical analysis and comprehensive data collection, all data were statistically analyzed and processed by SPSS17.0 statistical software and Microsoft office Excel2003 software, using independent samples T test, single factor analysis of variance and linear regression analysis are used to analyze the data.
Result: 1) deaf students self-efficacy has differences in sex and grade, but there is no significant difference in the source of home, deaf students with gender characteristics in the exercise program selection; 2) deaf students to participate in physical exercise motivation; 3) and not lazy perseverance determination to become the main restriction the factors of deaf students to participate in physical exercise; 4) and students together to become the preferred form of exercise for deaf students to participate in physical exercise. The whole situation of deaf students to participate in physical exercise is not optimistic, mainly in the short training time, exercise frequency and exercise of low intensity is not high; 5) the influence of different sports on deaf students' self-efficacy the feeling is different, which has the effect of promoting the collective project of deaf students' self-efficacy improved; 6) physical exercise intensity, exercise duration, exercise frequency Effect of rate of deaf students' self-efficacy is different, that the deaf students to participate in moderate intensity exercise, 3 to 5 times a week, every time for 60 minutes.
According to the above analysis results and suggestions: 1) to strengthen the training of deaf students' sports consciousness; 2) provide a variety of opportunities, make full use of the efficiency of access to information; 3) to strengthen environmental construction, create a positive atmosphere for the development of self efficacy; 4) in line with the development of deaf students characteristics of sports.
