网络时代成人教育与地方文化的互动发展

【摘要】：随着网络时代的到来,成人教育呈现出网络化、差异化、个性化和时代化的特点,在与地方文化互动发展过程中出现了新旧理念分歧、互动发展目标不统一,互动过程双方战略构想不一致等问题。因而有必要探求新的发展途径,坚持可持续发展战略,以文化传承创新为导向更新与地方文化互动理念,以人才培养为双方互动目标,以网络化信息化手段推动成人教育与地方文化的互动发展。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the network age, adult education presents the characteristics of networking, differentiation, individualization and epoch. In the process of interactive development with local culture, there are differences of new and old ideas, and the goal of interactive development is not unified. Therefore, it is necessary to explore new ways of development, adhere to the strategy of sustainable development, and renew the concept of interaction with local culture guided by cultural heritage and innovation. The interactive goal of talent training is to promote the interactive development of adult education and local culture by means of network information.
