职业教育与成人教育的差异及融合趋势

【摘要】：成人教育和职业教育作为两种独立的教育体系,二者在教育对象的范围、教育开放度、教育目标侧重点、教育功能内外关系、教育时间跨度、教育内容属性、教学内容形态范围等方面存在一定的差异。但二者在教育属性、培养目标、培养方法等方面具有一致性,其内在的统一性也是明显的;正是因为具有内在统一性,使得二者各自的优势和经验可以互为对方所借鉴。因此,推进二者融合的条件是具备的,在未来的融合发展中,二者必然是和谐共生、交叉重合的态势,且共同作为终身教育体系的桥梁和中介,发挥各自的贡献。
[Abstract]:Adult education and vocational education are two independent educational systems. They are in the scope of educational objects, the degree of educational openness, the emphasis of educational objectives, the relationship between internal and external educational functions, the time span of education, and the attributes of educational content. There are some differences in the form and scope of teaching contents, but they are consistent in the aspects of educational attributes, training objectives and training methods, and their inherent unity is also obvious, which is precisely because of the inherent unity. Therefore, the conditions for promoting the integration of the two are available. In the future development of integration, the two must be harmonious symbiosis and overlapping situation. And together as the bridge and intermediary of lifelong education system, play their respective contributions.
