南疆地区汉族青年双语教师职后教育个案研究

【摘要】:民族地区汉族双语教师作为一支肩负着跨文化双语教学任务的特殊群体,面对着与自身文化背景、语言背景均不相同的少数民族学生,一方面需要提高自身的专业水平和知识储备,将主流知识有效地传递给他们。另一方面需要调整自己不断适应和接受不同于自身文化背景的其他民族文化。这对他们而言,无疑是巨大的挑战。民族地区汉族双语教师职后教育现状如何?他们在专业发展过程中面临何问题?这是笔者的研究问题所在。本研究运用质性研究方法进行实地调研。根据目的性抽样的原则,选取克州阿图什市S乡3所中小学的8名汉族双语教师作为本研究的研究对象,并将其分别编号为A—H。本研究在参与式观察汉族双语教师教育教学及日常生活的基础上,围绕汉族青年教师的职后教育编制了半结构式访谈提纲《南疆少数民族聚居地区汉族双语教师职后教育情况调查》,主要就汉族双语教师的职业现状、职后教育现状及职后教育期望这三方面对本研究的8名研究对象分别进行访谈,为了保证资料的完整与全面,对每位研究对象进行了多次访谈,每次访谈时间均为30—60分钟,在访谈过程中根据研究对象的回答进行了追问,并且根据资料收集情况进行了回访。由于有熟人A的事先介绍,受访者的戒备心不强,更愿意敞开心扉,为获取真实可靠的资料提供了保障。并且由于笔者和研究对象一样同为汉族,在S乡这样一个鲜有汉族同胞的少数民族聚居乡镇,较容易和研究对象拉近距离。为了保证资料的信效度,笔者也多次进行三角验证。对S乡中小学汉族双语教师的访谈主要围绕其职后教育现状展开,通过对访谈资料的逐层编码分析及参与式观察后,从职后教育的态度、需求、途径、内容和效果五个方面归纳和总结出了S乡中小学汉族青年双语教师职后教育的现状与问题,并深入思考了职后教育问题产生的原因,根据已知原因提出了相关对策建议。以期对南疆地区的职后教育的开展和汉族双语教师的专业发展有一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:As a special group with the task of intercultural bilingual teaching, Han bilingual teachers in ethnic minority areas are faced with ethnic minority students with different cultural backgrounds and language backgrounds. On the one hand, we need to improve our own professional level and knowledge reserve, and effectively transfer mainstream knowledge to them. On the other hand, we need to adjust ourselves to adapt and accept other national cultures which are different from their own cultural backgrounds. Undoubtedly, it is a great challenge. What is the present situation of post-service education for Han nationality bilingual teachers in minority areas? What problems do they face in their professional development? This is the author's research problem. This study uses qualitative research methods to carry out field research. According to the principle of purposeful sampling, 8 Han Chinese bilingual teachers from 3 primary and secondary schools in S Township, Atushi City, Ke., are selected as the research objects. This study is based on the participatory observation of the education, teaching and daily life of bilingual teachers of Han nationality. Based on the postemployment education of young teachers of Han nationality, a semi-structured interview outline "Survey of Post-service Education of Han nationality Bilingual Teachers in the Minority areas of South Xinjiang" has been compiled, which is mainly concerned with the professional status of bilingual teachers of Han nationality. In order to ensure the integrity and comprehensiveness of the data, the present situation of post-vocational education and the expectation of post-vocational education were interviewed respectively. In order to ensure the integrity and comprehensiveness of the data, each of them was interviewed for 30-60 minutes. In the course of the interview, according to the respondents' answers, and according to the data collected, they conducted a follow-up interview. Because of the introduction of acquaintance A in advance, the interviewees were less alert and more willing to open up their hearts. This provides a guarantee for obtaining reliable and authentic information. And because the author and the subjects of the study are the same as the Han nationality, in S Township, a town inhabited by ethnic minorities with few Han compatriots, In order to ensure the reliability and validity of the data, the author has also carried out a number of triangulation tests. Interviews with Han Chinese bilingual teachers in primary and secondary schools in S Township are mainly carried out around the present situation of post-service education. Based on the coding analysis and participatory observation of interview data, the present situation and problems of post-vocational education for Han young bilingual teachers in primary and secondary schools in S Township are summarized and summarized from five aspects: attitude, demand, approach, content and effect of post-vocational education. The author also deeply considers the causes of the problem of post-service education and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions according to the known reasons in order to draw lessons from the development of post-service education in southern Xinjiang and the professional development of bilingual teachers of Han nationality.
