关于北京高校学历继续教育功能定位的思考

【摘要】：本文以北京高校学历继续教育功能定位为研究核心,分析了高校学历继续教育学历补偿功能逐步弱化的时代背景,以及北京高校学历继续教育发展在生源质量、人才培养质量、社会声誉匹配度、命名维度等方面存在的问题,提出了以长远、发展的视角重新审视学历继续教育的功能定位,积极探索建立更科学、更具有可持续发展动力的"非全日制"学历教育体系的建议,逐步实现"非全日制"学历教育与全日制教育同等质量的人才培养目标,更好地为首都、京津冀地区乃至国家的经济建设培养多层次、多类型的人才。
[Abstract]:In this paper, taking Beijing universities continuing education function as research core, analysis of the university continuing education education compensation function is gradually weakening the background of the times, and the Beijing University Continuing Education Development in the quality of students, the quality of personnel training, social reputation, degree, are named dimension and other aspects of the problem, put forward to the long-term development of functional orientation the perspective of continuing education, and actively explore the establishment of a more scientific, more sustainable development power of the "part-time" education system, and gradually realize the teaching goal of "non full day" education with the same quality of full-time education personnel, better for the capital, the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and the country's economic construction the cultivation of multi-level, multi type talents.
