成都市资源教师角色冲突的研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着全纳教育理念越来越被认可,随班就读已成为我国一种让特殊儿童在普通学校和普通儿童一起接受教育以满足他们特殊需要的主要教育形式。尽管越来越多的孩子有机会进入普通学校,但是他们受教育的状况却不尽人意,随班就混、随班就坐的现象普遍存在。为着改善这种情况,在普通学校随班就读建立资源教室成为提升特殊教育的质量的一项重要举措。资源教师是专门为随班就读儿童提供支持和帮助的教师。但是现实中由于资源教师这份新工作刚刚起步,工作职责和范式还不够清晰,再加上我国随班就读支持的系统建设仍然十分的薄弱,使得资源教师在工作中遇到重重困难,存在着种种角色冲突,严重影响着教师的职能发挥和职业认同。本研究选取8名资源教师作为访谈对象,根据访谈中的一些问题深入挖掘,对访谈资料进行汇总,分析出资源教师的角色冲突有角色内冲突和角色间冲突。角色内冲突主要表现在:没有认识到资源教师工作的重要性却被安排担任资源教师的工作;知道资源教师的职责却难以履行。角色间冲突主要表现在:资源教师应该专职却不得不兼职;资源教师工作需要团队合作却不得不单打独斗。研究进一步分析造成资源教师的冲突的原因有外部原因和内部原因,并讨论出缓解资源教师角色冲突的建议:明确资源教师的角色定位,实现团队合作共赢;组织培训,提高资源教师专业能力;坚定自身立场,加强角色学习,朝着更专业化的方向去成长。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the concept of inclusive education becoming more and more recognized, In-class schooling has become a major form of education in our country for special children to be educated together with ordinary children in order to meet their special needs, although more and more children have the opportunity to attend ordinary schools. However, their education situation is not satisfactory. The phenomenon of mixing classes and sitting in classes is common. In order to improve this situation, The establishment of resource classrooms in regular schools has become an important measure to improve the quality of special education. Resource teachers are teachers who provide support and help to children in class. But in reality, due to resources teachers. This new job is just beginning. The job responsibilities and paradigms are not clear enough, and the construction of the system supported by in-class study in our country is still very weak, which makes resource teachers encounter many difficulties in their work and have various role conflicts. This study selects 8 resource teachers as the interview subjects, according to some questions in the interview to dig in depth, and summarize the interview data. The analysis shows that there are intra-role conflicts and inter-role conflicts in the role conflicts of resource teachers, which are mainly reflected in: not realizing the importance of the work of resource teachers, but arranged to work as resource teachers; It is difficult to fulfill the responsibilities of resource teachers. The conflict between roles is mainly reflected in: resource teachers should be full-time but have to work part-time; Resource teachers need team work but have to fight alone. The study further analyzes the causes of conflict between resource teachers, including external and internal reasons. The suggestions of alleviating the conflict of resource teacher's role are discussed, such as defining the role of resource teacher, realizing the win-win of team cooperation, organizing training, improving the professional ability of resource teacher, strengthening the position of resource teacher, strengthening the role learning, and improving the professional ability of resource teacher. Grow in a more professional direction.
