【摘要】：正英国农业与农民状况与欧陆国家不同,长期以来没有形成农民职业教育体系。由于农民数量少、自由财产观念盛行、实行普通法,所以政府无须花费大力气培育农民的专业素养和促进就业。社会、高校、政府各有分工。发达的社会组织塑造了农民的身份认同和归属感,也成为农民自我管理和学习的场所;农业大学负责传授农业知识,研究农业新技术;政府只需通过财政补贴和农产品价格调
[Abstract]:The agricultural and peasant situation in England is different from that in the European countries, and there has been no peasant vocational education system for a long time. Because of the small number of farmers and the prevalence of the concept of free property, the common law has been applied. Therefore, the government does not have to make great efforts to cultivate farmers' professional literacy and promote employment. Society, colleges and universities, the government have their own division of labor. The developed social organizations have shaped the farmers' identity and sense of belonging, and have also become a place for farmers to manage themselves and learn from each other. The Agricultural University is responsible for the transfer of agricultural knowledge and the study of new agricultural technologies; the Government only needs to adjust the prices of agricultural products through financial subsidies
