【摘要】：当前,新生代农民工群体已构成为我国城市劳动力市场的主体,对新生代农民工的教育培训,提升他们的人力资本,已成为我国产业结构的调整和升级中决定其成败的关键。本文主要以宁波市成人高等院校参与农民工培训现状作为研究对象,着重分析政府、成人高等院校、企业、新生代农民工等各培训主体在新生代农民工教育培训中的现状与问题,提出建议,进一步构建与完善当前我国新生代农民工成人教育理论体系,也为成人高等院校在生源逐年下降的情况下,探索出新的办学的思路。本文由六章组成:第一章绪论。主要概述国内外研究的现状,以及选题的背景与意义,阐述研究内容、研究意义和研究方法。第二章相关概念及其理论分析。主要对相关概念和理论进行界定和分析,提出本研究的理论基础。第三章宁波市成人高等院校参与新生代农民工培训现状。本章主要是通过问卷、访谈等调查方法,进行实地调研后,呈现培训工作的开展情况包括参与培训的基本条件、优势以及培训的主要模式。第四章宁波市成人高等院校参与新生代农民工培训存在的主要问题及原因。根据问卷和调查的结果,从分析成人高等院校与政府、企业、新生代农民工的关系入手,总结目前宁波市成人高等院校参与新生代农民工培训中存在六个主要问题,运用相关理论分析了问题的成因。第五章国外相关培训的启示。汲取了美国、日本、德国三个发达国家相关培训的经验,从立法、培训模式、经费筹措、培训内容、培训成果认定等五个方面分析国外先进经验对我国新生代农民工培训的借鉴。第六章改进宁波市成人高等院校参与新生代农民工培训工作的对策和建议。从成人高等院校如何在培训中与政府、企业、新生代农民工各培训主体联动的角度提出相关的建议和对策。
