高职院校继续教育市场化的路径探析

【摘要】：我国继续教育在经济进入高速发展之后,越来越被社会认可,不管是从政府还是国企事业单位,在一定程度上都重视在职人员的继续教育。而作为为社会建设培养技术应用人才的高职院校,在继续教育领域的发展并不尽如人意,在知识经济时代,继续教育市场化是顺应时代变化进行新的发展模式。文章从高职院校的发展现状出发,分析高职院校继续教育要走市场化道路的原因以及对如何在大环境下走好这条市场化的发展道路提出一点思考。
[Abstract]:After the rapid development of the economy, continuing education in our country is increasingly recognized by the society, whether from the government or state-owned enterprises or institutions. To a certain extent, we attach importance to the continuing education of in-service personnel, but the development of higher vocational colleges in the field of continuing education is not satisfactory, and in the era of knowledge economy, the higher vocational colleges, as the training of talents in technology application for social construction, are not satisfactory in the field of continuing education. The marketization of continuing education is a new mode of development in accordance with the changes of the times. This paper analyzes the reasons why continuing education in higher vocational colleges should take the road of marketization and puts forward some thoughts on how to take the road of marketization under the general environment.
