小学生家庭教育现状的文化审视

【摘要】:如果说家庭是孩子成长过程中的第一所学校,那么家长就是孩子的第一任教师。人从一出生,最先接受的是家庭教育;到垂垂老矣,最后仍然在接受家庭教育。家庭教育贯穿我们每个人的一生,它的影响巨大、地位特殊、作用显著。家庭教育至关重要,不同的教育理念引发不同的教育方式,不同的教育方式造成不同的教育状态,不同的教育状态对孩子的成长造成的影响也不同。本研究旨在对小学生家庭教育现状进行揭示并分析其原因,同时给出相应的建议与对策,希望对于个人、家庭乃至整个社会的健康和谐发展具有促进作用。 本研究通过质的研究方法深入小学生家庭,主要对湖北省的12名家长进行访谈和观察,感受他们的教育理念、教育方式、教育原则以及教育目标,,搜集了丰富的第一手资料。在对访谈资料整理和分析的基础上,以文化为切入点,借鉴霍夫斯泰德的“文化维度”理论、克拉克洪和斯乔贝克的“文化价值取向”理论以及玛格丽特·米德的“三喻文化”理论,本研究得出当今小学生家庭教育大致存在三种现状:“权威专制型”的教育方式引发的“冲突”状态,“溺爱随意型”的教育方式透露的“迷茫”状态,“民主引导型”的教育方式彰显的“和谐”状态。对于“冲突”和“迷茫”状态,本研究建议从温馨和睦的家庭氛围的营造、明确合理的家庭教育价值取向的确立、家长自身素质的提高、给予儿童尊重理解四个方面进行努力使之达到“和谐”状态。同时,本研究发现不是每个家庭都是单一状态的存在,也有可能几种状态同时存在。但本研究所指的现状是每个家庭的核心状态,即最常表现出来的状态。 家庭教育、学校教育和社会教育构成了整个教育系统,三者缺一不可。家庭教育不仅仅是教育的一部分,而且是非常基础、至关重要的一部分。本研究希望通过此项调查分析可以使家庭教育中少些冲突、少些迷茫,多些温馨、多些和睦。笔者期望在未来人力、物力、时间充足的情况下扩大调查样本,继续追踪研究中国当代家庭教育的样态。
[Abstract]:If a family is the first school in the process of a child's growth, then a parent is the first teacher of a child. At the end of the day, we are still receiving family education. Family education runs through our lives. It has a huge impact, a special position, and a significant role. Family education is of great importance, and different educational concepts lead to different ways of education. Different ways of education cause different educational states and different educational states have different effects on children's growth. The purpose of this study is to reveal the current situation of primary school students' family education and analyze its causes. At the same time, the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are given, hoping to promote the healthy and harmonious development of individuals, families and even the whole society. Through qualitative research methods, this study goes deep into primary school students' families, and mainly interviews and observes 12 parents in Hubei Province, and feels their educational ideas, educational methods, educational principles and educational goals. Based on the analysis and analysis of the interview materials, the author takes culture as the starting point and draws lessons from Hofstedt's theory of "Cultural Dimension". Clarkhorn and Sjoebeck's "cultural value orientation" theory, and Margaret Mead's "three metaphorical culture" theory. The present study shows that there are three kinds of current situation in primary school students' family education: the "conflict" caused by the "authoritative autocratic" education method, the "confused" state revealed by the "indulgent" education mode, and the "democratic guidance" type. "the" harmonious "state of education. For" conflict "and" confusion ", This study suggests that efforts should be made to create a warm and harmonious family atmosphere, establish a clear and reasonable value orientation of family education, improve the quality of parents themselves, and give children respect and understanding so as to achieve a "harmonious" state. This study found that not every family exists in a single state, but it is possible that several states exist at the same time, but the present situation in this study is the core state of each family, that is, the most common state. Family education, school education and social education constitute the whole educational system. Family education is not only a part of education, but also a very basic one. This study hopes to make the family education less conflict, less confusion, more warmth, more harmony. I hope in the future, human and material resources, With sufficient time, we will expand the survey sample and continue to study the patterns of contemporary family education in China.
