我国新型职业农民培育研究:回顾与展望

【摘要】：培育新型职业农民是发展现代农业主导力量的必经之路,是推进现代农业转型升级的迫切要求。目前,国内众多专家学者对新型职业农民的内涵、培育模式、培育问题、培育路径做了大量的研究。研究虽取得了丰硕的成果,但仍有许多问题值得我们继续探讨,未来研究应更多地关注以下四个方面:把握新型职业农民的时代内涵;探究新型职业农民的培育模式;分析新型职业农民的培训需求;寻求相关研究的新视角和新方法。
[Abstract]:Cultivating new type of professional farmers is the only way to develop the leading force of modern agriculture and the urgent requirement of promoting the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture. At present, many experts and scholars in our country have a lot of questions about the connotation, cultivation mode and cultivation of the new type of professional peasants. The cultivation path has done a lot of research. Although the research has made a lot of achievements, there are still many problems that we should continue to discuss. In the future, we should pay more attention to the following four aspects: grasping the connotation of the times of the new type of professional peasants; To explore the cultivation mode of the new type of professional farmers; to analyze the training needs of the new type of professional farmers; to seek new perspectives and methods of related research.
