【摘要】:正近日,一篇题为《北京的无奈:海淀区拼娃是怎样拼的》的文章在微信朋友圈中疯传……科学实践已经证明,过重的课业负担违背孩子的天性,不利于孩子的健康成长。因此,国家层面提出素质教育,教育部门也发文要求给中小学减负,对全国各地学生课业负担情况进行监测排名,并把各地减负工作开展情况与义务教育均衡发展评估认定等挂钩。
[Abstract]:Recently, an article entitled "helplessness in Beijing: how to spell babies in Haidian District" went viral in WeChat Moments. Scientific practice has proved that excessive schoolwork burdens are against children's nature and are not conducive to their healthy growth. At the national level, quality education is put forward, and the education department also issues a document requesting to reduce the burden on primary and secondary schools. It monitors and ranks the burden of students in all parts of the country, and links the work of reducing the burden in various places with the assessment of the balanced development of compulsory education, and so on.
