我国终身教育的国家政策与地方实践——以北京终身教育政策历程为例

【摘要】：自20世纪90年代起,构建终身教育体系、建设学习型社会已成为我国的一项重要教育政策,且作为我国教育发展的重要战略目标写入党的十七大、十八大报告,并在全国多地展开了各具地方特色的政策实践。对北京市终身教育政策实践的分析表明,未来我国终身教育的发展方向是:推动终身教育立法,整合资源打通教育渠道,开展终身教育政策的分类试点与分步推广。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the construction of lifelong education system and the construction of a learning society have become an important educational policy of our country, and as an important strategic goal of our country's educational development, they have been written into the report of the 17th National Congress of the CPC and the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The analysis of the policy practice of lifelong education in Beijing shows that the development direction of lifelong education in China in the future is to promote the legislation of lifelong education and integrate resources to open the channels of education. Carry out the classified pilot and step-by-step promotion of lifelong education policy.
