新疆维吾尔族大学生饮食摄入频率与态度行为现状

【摘要】:目的了解新疆维吾尔族在校大学生饮食摄入频率及态度行为,为有效开展维吾尔族大学生健康教育提供理论支持。方法以班级为单位,采用随机整群抽样的方法抽取新疆5所高校维吾尔族学生,对4 206名维吾尔族大学生的膳食行为及态度进行自编问卷的调查。结果新疆维吾尔族大学生各类食物摄入频率≥7次/周比例最高的为谷物类(98.69%),其次为蔬菜类(47.69%)、禽肉类(42.80%)、水果类(40.68%)、蛋类(33.31%)等,摄入频率最低的为碳酸饮料类(7.89%);维吾尔族大学生各类食物摄入频率总平均得分为(39.14±4.75)分,其中男生得分为(38.91±4.91)分,女生为(39.09±4.59)分,差异无统计学意义(t=-1.314,P=0.204);维吾尔族大学生中对营养知识感兴趣的占81.69%,仅有9.61%的学生对营养知识不感兴趣,8.70%认为无所谓;不同食物摄入频率等级维吾尔族大学生在口味较重、挑食、暴饮暴食、专心就餐、每天吃早餐、营养指导等方面的报告率相比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为49.721,20.013,47.931,6.355,16.393,66.235,P值均0.05)。结论新疆高校维吾尔族大学生的饮食态度较好,但饮食摄入频率和饮食行为不够理想,应通过多种方式进行干预引导。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the frequency of dietary intake and attitude and behavior of Uygur college students in Xinjiang, and to provide theoretical support for the development of health education for Uygur students. Uygur students from 5 universities in Xinjiang were sampled by random cluster sampling. The dietary behavior and attitude of 4 206 Uygur college students were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire. Results the highest frequency of intake of all kinds of food more than 7 times per week was cereals, followed by vegetables (47.69g). The poultry meat is 42.80, the fruit is 40.68 and the eggs are 33.31. The lowest frequency of intake was carbonated beverages 7.89%, the average score of all kinds of food intake frequency of Uygur college students was 39.14 卤4.75), in which the scores of boys and girls were 38.91 卤4.91) and 39.09 卤4.59), respectively. There was no statistically significant difference in nutritional knowledge among Uygur students, only 9.61% of them were not interested in nutrition knowledge, only 8.70% thought it was indifferent, and Uygur college students with different food intake frequency grades had strong taste and picky food. There were statistically significant differences in the reported rates of overeating, eating intently, eating breakfast and nutrition instruction (蠂 ~ 2 = 49.721 ~ 20.013 ~ (13)) (蠂 ~ 2 = 49.721 ~ 20.013 ~ 47.931 ~ (6.355) ~ (16.393)) ~ (66. 235) P, respectively. Conclusion the eating attitude of Uygur students in Xinjiang is better than that of others. However, the frequency of dietary intake and dietary behavior are not ideal, so intervention and guidance should be carried out in a variety of ways.
