拓展训练对企业团队凝聚力影响的实证研究

【摘要】:21世纪的竞争是团队的竞争,随着经济全球化的日益加剧,市场经济的竞争愈发的激烈,企业对于完美团队的要求越来越高。传统的培训已经满足不了企业对团队高标准的要求,此时拓展训练应运而生。拓展训练这种新型的培训方式以其磨练意志、改善人际关系、打造和谐团队、提升团队凝聚力等多种特点迅速得到众企业的认可。拓展训练在我国迅速发展,但理论体系方面尚不完善,为以此本研究在借鉴前人研究的基础上,以20家企业进行拓展训练的团队为调查对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法进行拓展训练对企业团队凝聚力影响的实证研究,通过对拓展训练对企业团队执行力、协作力、管理力、文化力、领导力的影响的分析,揭示出拓展训练对提升企业团队凝聚力具有重要意义,阐明拓展训练对企业团队凝聚力的影响机制,为企业进行团队凝聚力培养提供新思路,为拓展训练在企业团队凝聚力打造方面进一步发展奠定基础。通过研究得出以下结论:1大部分企业团队凝聚力指数处在中等偏下水平,亟待提高。2拓展训练对企业团队凝聚力各评价要素都有不同程度的积极影响,同时表明拓展训练对企业团队凝聚力指数提升有积极的影响。3不同性质企业的团队在进行拓展训练前后的团队凝聚力指数提升幅度基本一致,说明在企业团队进行拓展训练提升凝聚力的过程中不会受到企业的性质的影响。4企业团队每年进行不同频次的拓展训练,企业团队凝聚力指数的提升有明显的差别,在企业条件允许时可适当增加拓展训练频次。5企业团队凝聚力的各评价要素的重要性不一样,在对企业团队凝聚力不满意时可选择有针对性的拓展训练课程以快速提升团队凝聚力。
[Abstract]:The competition in the 21st century is the competition of the team. With the increasing globalization of economy, the competition of the market economy is becoming more and more fierce. Traditional training can no longer meet the requirements of high team standards, and the development training comes into being. This new training method improves interpersonal relationship with its will. Building a harmonious team, promoting team cohesion and other characteristics are quickly recognized by many enterprises. Development training has developed rapidly in China, but the theoretical system is not perfect. Taking the team of 20 enterprises as the object of investigation, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods to carry out the empirical research on the impact of development training on the cohesion of the enterprise team. Through the analysis of the influence of the development training on the execution, cooperation, management, culture and leadership of the enterprise team, it is revealed that the expansion training is of great significance to enhance the cohesive force of the enterprise team. This paper expounds the influence mechanism of development training on enterprise team cohesion, and provides a new way of thinking for enterprise to cultivate team cohesion. Through the research, we can draw the following conclusion: 1. Most of the enterprise team cohesion index is at the middle and lower level. It is urgent to improve the 2. 2 expansion training, which has a positive effect on the evaluation elements of enterprise team cohesion to varying degrees. At the same time, it shows that the expansion training has a positive effect on the improvement of the corporate team cohesion index. 3. The improvement range of the team cohesion index of different enterprises before and after the expansion training is basically the same. It shows that the expansion training of enterprise team will not be affected by the nature of enterprise. 4. The enterprise team carries out different frequency expansion training every year, and the improvement of enterprise team cohesion index has obvious difference. When the enterprise conditions permit, the importance of the evaluation elements of the enterprise team cohesion can be increased appropriately. 5. The importance of the evaluation elements of the enterprise team cohesion is different. When dissatisfied with the enterprise team cohesion, we can choose the targeted development training course to promote the team cohesion quickly.
