终身教育思想观照下的英国成人教育走向及启示

【摘要】：英国是世界上最早关注成人教育的国家之一,尤其是自20世纪80年代后,受终身教育思想的影响,出台诸多成人教育的政策法规,使得成人教育运行机制日渐成熟和健全,对英国社会经济发展及公民素养的提升发挥出巨大作用。其成功经验为发展我国的成人教育事业带来的有益启示有以下几点:加强成人教育立法,确保成人教育政策的可持续性;加强成人教育师资的培训和资格认证;成人教育的全民性和开放性;充分调动企业参与成人教育或培训的积极性。
[Abstract]:Britain is one of the first countries in the world to pay attention to adult education, especially since the 1980s, under the influence of lifelong education thought, it has introduced many policies and regulations of adult education, which makes the operation mechanism of adult education more mature and perfect. It plays an important role in the social and economic development of Britain and the improvement of its civic literacy. The successful experience has brought the following beneficial enlightenment to the development of adult education in our country: strengthening the adult education legislation, To ensure the sustainability of adult education policies; to strengthen the training and certification of adult education teachers; to encourage the participation of enterprises in adult education or training.
