全科医学师资情况调查及研究

【摘要】:目的通过对安徽省的全科医学师资相关情况的调查统计,了解全科医学师资的一般情况、参加全科医学培训情况、所在医院全科医学的学科建设情况,对安徽省全科医学目前的发展形势加以评估,总结目前在发展医学道路中取得的成绩和不足之处。方法选取2014年12月份-2016年11月份在合肥市参加安徽省全科医学师资培训或转岗培训的全体师资,采用填写匿名问卷的方式进行调查。问卷调查的内容主要包括以下几个方面:学员的一般情况、专业方向、工作年限、职称及学历情况、是否是全科医学的研究生导师、是否参加过相关全科医学的系统学习、所在医院的等级、是否设立全科医学科、是否是带教师资的培训基地以及认为目前全科医学师资培训实际存在的问题及相关建议,总共收集1126份。结果安徽省全科医学师资不同年份在性别的比例、全科医学研究生导师的比例及带教年限、参加全科系统培训方面、全科师资的规范化培训基地情况等的差异无统计学意义(P0.05),在从业年限上、技术职称、学历分布、全科专科所占比例、全科医学科、全科教研室、双向转诊平台建立情况等方面的统计提示师资素质越来越高,科学建设越来越完善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),但在参加系统全科医学教育方面的人数比例却是有所下降的。结论安徽省全科医学经过多年的发展,目前已取得一定的成绩,如:人才的培养方面、学科的建设方面、相关规章制度的建立已初见成果,但是仍有许多问题有待解决,需探索出一条更适合的全科发展道路,初步建立的模式也需逐步完善。
[Abstract]:Objective to know the general situation of general medicine teachers, to participate in general medicine training, and to study the subject construction of general practice medicine in hospitals through the investigation and statistics of general practice teachers in Anhui province. To evaluate the current development situation of general practice medicine in Anhui Province, To sum up the achievements and shortcomings in the development of medicine. Methods all the teachers who participated in the training of Anhui Provincial General Medicine Teachers from December 2014 to November 2016 were selected. The contents of the questionnaire mainly include the following aspects: the general situation of the students, their professional direction, their working years, their professional titles and their qualifications, whether they are teachers of graduate students in general practice, or not. Whether they have participated in systematic studies of relevant general practice medicine, the level of the hospital in which they are located, whether they have set up a general practice medicine discipline, whether they are a training base with teacher funding, and whether they believe that there are actual problems and relevant suggestions in the training of general practice medical teachers at present. Results the ratio of teachers of general medicine in different years, the proportion of tutors of general medicine graduate students and the number of years of teaching in Anhui province were collected, and they participated in the training of general practice system. There was no significant difference in the standardized training base of general course teachers (P 0.05). In terms of working life, technical title, educational background distribution, proportion of general specialty, general medicine, general practice teaching and research department, Statistics on the establishment of the two-way referral platform indicate that the quality of teachers is getting higher and higher, and the scientific construction is becoming more and more perfect. The difference is statistically significant (P 0.05), but the proportion of people participating in general medical education has decreased. Conclusion after years of development, Anhui General Medicine has made some achievements, such as the cultivation of talents. In the aspect of discipline construction, the establishment of relevant rules and regulations has already made initial achievements, but there are still many problems to be solved. It is necessary to explore a more suitable way for the development of general knowledge, and the preliminary model should be gradually perfected.
