“众创时代”农村远程教育发展新策略

【摘要】：农民是我国人口的主体。在"大众创业、万众创新"的大潮中,农民不能缺席。创业和创新是中国适应经济新常态的新任务,这个新任务对农民提出一系列新要求,比如,农民要不断强化自己的创业能力和创新意识,要不断提升自己的市场意识,同时还要不断提高自己使用互联网等新技术的能力。面对新任务,农民和农村的现状不容乐观。目前在农村,农民的创业创新基础相对较差,创业创新的社会环境相对较差,同时,农民创业和创新的体制机制相对不健全。未来中国农村的远程教育,要突出农村远程教育的新重点,要明确远程教育的新对象,要尝试远程教育的新方式,以确实有效地提高农民的创业能力和创新意识。
[Abstract]:Farmers are the main body of our population.In the tide of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation, farmers cannot be absent.Entrepreneurship and innovation is a new task for China to adapt to the new normal of the economy. This new task puts forward a series of new requirements for farmers. For example, farmers should constantly strengthen their entrepreneurial ability and innovative consciousness, and constantly enhance their own market awareness.At the same time, they have to constantly improve their ability to use new technologies such as the Internet.In the face of new tasks, the current situation of farmers and rural areas is not optimistic.At present, in rural areas, the foundation of farmers' entrepreneurial innovation is relatively poor, the social environment of entrepreneurial innovation is relatively poor, at the same time, the institutional mechanism of farmers' entrepreneurship and innovation is relatively imperfect.In the future, the distance education in the countryside of China should emphasize the new emphasis of the distance education in rural areas, clarify the new object of the distance education, and try the new way of the distance education, so as to improve the farmers' ability of starting a business and the consciousness of innovation.
