【摘要】：在中国工业化、信息化、城镇化稳步推进过程中，，现代化农业发展的速度相对滞后，这严重制约中国农业现代化发展进程，致使十八大提出了中国特色的“四化同步”目标难以实现，因此，改造传统农业，实现农业现代化迫在眉睫。实现农业现代化不仅要依靠现代的工业装备及先进的科学技术，而且还要依靠先进的管理手段在农业上的应用。而这些必须有高素质的农民这一主体来推进，没有农民自身素质的现代化，要实现农业的现代化是不可能的，农民教育是培养新型农民的根本手段，也是实现农业现代化的基础。本文详细地分析阻碍我国农业现代化发展的因素，通过系统地研究农民教育对农业生产要素的作用，并从劳动要素、资本要素、技术要素三个方面进行阐述，最后对农民教育提出一系列建议，即农民教育应以实现农业可持续发展为根本方向；农民教育应注重提高农民的观念和意识；农民教育应是适应现代市场需求以及完善政府对农民教育的投入。总之，在农业生产经营过程中，先进的生产工具靠人去创造，先进的科学技术靠人去摸索，先进的管理经验靠人去总结，先进的经营体制和运行机制靠人去应用。从这个意义上说，我们要实现的农业现代化，是以农民为本的现代化，是实现农民思想意识的现代化。
[Abstract]:In the process of China's industrialization, informatization and urbanization, the speed of the development of modern agriculture is relatively lagging behind, which seriously restricts the development of China's agricultural modernization.Therefore, it is urgent to reform traditional agriculture and realize agricultural modernization.The realization of agricultural modernization depends not only on modern industrial equipment and advanced science and technology, but also on the application of advanced management means in agriculture.But these must have the high quality farmer this one main body to push forward, does not have the farmer own quality modernization, must realize the agriculture modernization is impossible, the farmer education is the basic method which trains the new-type farmer,It is also the foundation of agricultural modernization.This paper analyzes in detail the factors hindering the development of agricultural modernization in China, and through a systematic study of the role of peasant education on agricultural production factors, and from the labor factor, capital factor, technical factor three aspects to elaborate.Finally, a series of suggestions are put forward, that is, the basic direction of peasant education should be to realize the sustainable development of agriculture, and the farmer education should pay attention to raising the farmers' concept and consciousness.Peasant education should be adapted to the needs of the modern market and improve the government's investment in farmers' education.In short, in the course of agricultural production and operation, advanced production tools depend on people to create, advanced science and technology depend on people to grope, advanced management experience depends on people to sum up, and advanced management system and operation mechanism depend on people to apply.In this sense, the agricultural modernization that we want to realize is the modernization based on the peasants and the modernization of the peasants' ideology.
