基于人本思想的民族院校思政教育关怀体系创建

【摘要】：人本思想讲究对人的尊重和推崇,弘扬人的生命存在意义和主体独立价值。对民族院校而言,思政教育中的人本理念指的是尊重学生的民族特殊性,改革思政教育现状,基于"人"的关怀重构思政教育体系,即思政教育关怀体系,具体包括创新教育思想,创建思政教育目标关怀体系;创新学习评价,创建思政教育学习评价关怀体系;创新学习内容,创建思政教育文化关怀体系;创新工作方法,创建思政教育心理关怀体系。
[Abstract]:Humanism stresses respect and respect for human beings, and carries forward the meaning of human existence and the independent value of subject.For ethnic colleges and universities, the humanistic concept in ideological and political education refers to respecting the national particularity of students, reforming the present situation of ideological and political education, and reconstructing the system of ideological and political education based on the concern of "people", that is, the system of caring for ideological and political education.It includes innovating the educational thought, establishing the target care system of ideological and political education, innovating learning evaluation, establishing the evaluation care system of ideological and political education, innovating the learning content, creating the cultural care system of ideological and political education, and innovating the working methods.To establish the psychological care system of ideological and political education.
