网络化学习模式下社区学习型组织的发展策略研究

【摘要】：社区教育是我国终身教育体系的重要组成部分,有助于维护社会稳定和满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化生活需要。网络化学习模式的引入可以有效提高社区学习型组织建设的质量和效率,具有不受时间、空间约束的特点,特别适合人员分散、类型多样的社区教育,对于发展我国社区教育、构建理性的学习型社会和终身教育体系具有十分重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Community education is an important part of lifelong education system in China, which helps to maintain social stability and meet the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the people.The introduction of network learning model can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of community learning organization construction. It has the characteristics of not being restricted by time and space. It is especially suitable for community education with scattered personnel and various types, which is helpful to the development of community education in our country.It is of great practical significance to construct a rational learning society and lifelong education system.
