我国成人高等教育学生投资成本收益分析

【摘要】:成人高等教育是我国教育系统的重要组成部分,在特定的历史时期,为因各种原因失去接受普通高等教育机会而直接参加工作的社会在职人员以及待业人员提供了继续学习的机会,为他们提职加薪、转换工作、提升自我创造了条件,为社会和教育事业发展培养了大量人才,为全国经济发展水平的提高做出了重大贡献。但进入新世纪以后,成人高等教育发展走向低迷:成人高等教育教学质量越来越差,致使理论界普遍不看好成人高等教育的发展前景,认为成人高等教育已经没有存在的必要与价值,已经完成它的历史使命了。可是在内忧外患的情况下,成人高等教育依然生存了下来,全国每年的招生人数仍然保持在200万人以上。为什么成人高等教育在遭受质量批判等各种重创之后仍然有发展的空间?追根溯源,我们应该从成人高等教育的需求主体——学生开始着手进行研究,从而探讨这一问题的内涵。 教育是一种投资,成人自费投资高等教育明显是一种期待获得未来收益的投资活动,成人高等教育仍然有生命力,归根结底是因为它有市场、有需求。本文通过分析学生投资成人高等教育的成本与收益,研究学生的投资行为是否能够换取收益。为了分析这个问题,本文设计了《成人高等教育学生投资成本收益调查问卷》在湖南四大高校各校区及各函授站发放。旨在调查2009年国家停办成人高等教育脱产班后,成人学生的成本与收益。最后通过学生成本与收益的比较,分析学生收益是否超出成本投入,是否具有投资价值。本文分析显示,成人高等教育的学生收益大于成本,具有投资价值。这也验证了为什么在内外条件如此恶劣的情况下,成人高等教育依然有市场的原因。最后,文章分别对政府、学校以及学生提出投资成人教育的理性建议。 本文是对成人高等教育学生投资成本与收益的分析,集成人教育理论研究、实证研究、微观研究于一体,,具有理论研究意义与现实指导意义。本文研究构建了成人高等教育学生投资成本与收益分析框架,综合运用了多学科对成人高等教育学生投资成本与收益进行交叉研究,从研究视角和学科交融上来看,具有一定的创新性。本文还将以上理论应用在实证调查的问卷设计、数据采集、数据分析中,为全面理解学生投资心理与行为,完整分析学生投资决策提供更科学的指导。
[Abstract]:Adult higher education is an important part of China's educational system. It provides an opportunity to continue to study for those in the community who have lost their opportunities for general higher education and to work directly because of various reasons, creating conditions for them to raise their salaries, change jobs and improve themselves. A large number of talents have been trained for the development of society and education, and great contributions have been made to the improvement of the national economic development level. However, after entering the new century, the development of adult higher education is in the doldrums: the teaching quality of adult higher education is getting worse and worse, which makes the theoretical circle generally not optimistic about the development prospect of adult higher education. The author thinks that adult higher education has no necessity and value, and has completed its historical mission. But under the situation of internal and external troubles, adult higher education still survives, and the number of enrollment remains at more than 2 million each year. Why does adult higher education still have room for development after all kinds of damage such as quality criticism? Tracing back to the source, we should start the research from the main body of adult higher education-students, so as to probe into the connotation of this problem. Education is a kind of investment. It is obviously an investment activity for adults to invest in higher education at their own expense. Adult higher education still has vitality because it has market and demand. By analyzing the cost and income of students' investment in adult higher education, this paper studies whether students' investment behavior can exchange income. In order to analyze this problem, this paper designs a questionnaire on the Investment cost and income of Adult higher Education students, which is distributed in all the campuses and correspondence stations of four universities in Hunan Province. The purpose of this study was to investigate the costs and benefits of adult students after the State stopped running adult higher education in 2009. Finally, through the comparison of student cost and income, the author analyzes whether the student income exceeds the cost input and has investment value. The analysis of this paper shows that the income of adult higher education is greater than the cost, so it has investment value. This also proves why there is still a market for adult higher education under such bad internal and external conditions. Finally, the paper puts forward rational suggestions to the government, schools and students to invest in adult education. This paper is an analysis of the investment cost and income of adult higher education students. It combines the theoretical research, empirical research and micro research into one, which has theoretical research significance and practical guiding significance. This paper constructs an analysis framework of the investment cost and income of adult higher education students, and makes a comprehensive cross-research on the investment cost and income of adult higher education students, from the perspective of research and the blending of subjects. Have certain innovation. This paper also applies the above theory to the questionnaire design, data collection and data analysis of the empirical survey, which provides more scientific guidance for the comprehensive understanding of students' investment psychology and behavior, and for the complete analysis of students' investment decisions.
