凉山彝族的双语教育:现实及前瞻

【摘要】:双语教育因具有明显的政治意义、教育意义以及民族意义而极具特殊性,其改革和发展所涉及的复杂性往往超过普通教育的改革和发展。基于凉山彝族自治州双语教育发展的田野调查,可知凉山州三十多年的双语教育改革实践与探索取得了不俗成绩,但随着时代的发展,凉山州双语教育的发展仍面临着彝汉双语师资量少质低,"一刀切"式的二类双语教育模式弱化了学生的教育选择权,双语教育配套资源品种单一、内容更新慢,学前双语教育严重滞后等诸多亟待破解的困局。双语教育的改革与发展,要求双语教育回到"为人"的教育本质上来,要求从对双语教育的单向度线性思维走向多向度的非线性思维,要求"跳出双语教育"以站在更高层次看双语教育。
[Abstract]:Bilingual education is of great particularity because of its obvious political, educational and national significance. Its reform and development often involve more complexity than the reform and development of general education. Based on the field investigation on the development of bilingual education in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, it can be seen that the practice and exploration of bilingual education reform in Liangshan Prefecture for more than 30 years has made great achievements, but with the development of the times, The development of bilingual education in Liangshan prefecture is still faced with a low quantity of bilingual teachers in Yi and Chinese. The "one-size-fits-all" two-class bilingual education model weakens the students' right to choose education, and the matching resources of bilingual education are single and the contents are updated slowly. Preschool bilingual education seriously lags behind and many other urgent difficulties need to be solved. The reform and development of bilingual education require bilingual education to return to the essence of "being human" education, and from unidirectional linear thinking to multi-dimensional nonlinear thinking. Ask to "jump out of bilingual education" to see bilingual education at a higher level.
