当代开放教学模式下成人教学管理模式改革与实践研究

【摘要】：随着社会经济的快速发展,教育地位与作用日益凸显。近年来,作为特殊教育类别,成人教育发展速度非常快,但其教学管理模式中还存在一些问题。本文阐述了广播电视大学成教管理模式中存在的问题,以此分析了其教学改革与实践路径,希望这些措施对成教管理模式创新有所帮助,能够促进成教稳定发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the status and role of education are increasingly prominent. In recent years, as a special education category, adult education develops very fast, but there are still some problems in its teaching management mode. This paper expounds the problems existing in the management mode of adult education in Radio and TV University, and then analyzes its teaching reform and practical path. It is hoped that these measures will be helpful to the innovation of adult education management mode and can promote the stable development of adult education.
