成人教育管理探析——评《成人教育基础理论》

【摘要】：正随着经济社会发展水平的不断提升,新时期的科技人才竞争成为影响经济社会发展的一个重要因素。人才教育管理一直是国内人才培养的重要保障,作为新时期人才培养的一个重要组成部分——成人教育,也是人才发展战略中必不可少的一个重要环节。当前国内教育领域通过改革创新,正经历一个全新的人才培养发展时期,但是这个时期的人才培养在管理方面存在着一些问题,严重影响了人才教育管理与人才培养发展的和谐统一。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the competition of scientific and technological talents has become an important factor affecting the development of economy and society. Talent education management has always been an important guarantee of talent training in China. As an important component of talent training in the new period, adult education is also an indispensable important link in talent development strategy. At present, the field of education in China is experiencing a new period of talent training and development through reform and innovation. However, there are some problems in the management of talent training in this period. It has seriously affected the harmonious unity of talent education management and talent training development.
