学历式微与成人教育“双向”转型发展探究

【摘要】:文凭与就业首选标准的脱节以及学历获取的简单化,说明我国已经呈现出学历式微化的发展态势。正是在学历式微化发展的大趋势下,学历教育目标、人才培养模式、课堂教学效果以及培养学生认可度等多维要素,制约着高等成人教育的长足发展。对此,需要深度把握社会实际需求,有效改进非学历教育模式,不断强化成人教育院校师资队伍建设,实现学历教育向非学历教育的转型发展;积极研发推广新型教育网络技术,切实增强成人教育培养模式的独立性,实现封闭式教育向开放式教育的转型发展。
[Abstract]:The disconnection between diploma and the first choice standard of employment and the simplification of obtaining education indicate that our country has shown a trend of decline in academic qualifications. It is in the trend of the decline of academic qualifications that the goal of academic education, the mode of talent training, the effect of classroom teaching and the cultivation of students' acceptance restrict the rapid development of higher adult education. In view of this, we need to grasp the actual needs of the society, effectively improve the non-academic education model, constantly strengthen the construction of teachers in adult education colleges and universities, and realize the transformation and development from academic education to non-academic education. We should actively develop and popularize the new education network technology, strengthen the independence of adult education training mode, and realize the transformation and development of closed education to open education.
