中医药成人教育培养农村适用型人才探讨

【摘要】：适用型中医药人才匮乏,已经成为困扰基层农村中医药卫生事业发展的重大问题。文章从我国农村医疗卫生人力资源现状着手,分析了各类中医药卫生人员的培养需求,提出了中医药成人教育培养农村适用型人才优势、培养策略。强调遵循中医药教育的规律和特殊性,"注重经典,突出临床"是中医才培养方案的战略性举措和重要途径。
[Abstract]:Lack of suitable Chinese medicine personnel has become a major problem in the development of rural Chinese medicine. Starting from the present situation of rural medical and health human resources in China, this paper analyzes the training needs of all kinds of Chinese medical and health personnel, and puts forward the advantages and strategies of cultivating rural suitable talents in adult education of traditional Chinese medicine. It is emphasized that following the law and particularity of traditional Chinese medicine education and paying attention to classics and clinic are the strategic measures and important ways of cultivating talents in traditional Chinese medicine.
