大数据时代继续教育发展新战略

【摘要】:在大数据时代,传统的无法量化的信息和资源均可以转化为数据资源,其预测、精准、应用的功能能够为继续教育思维、模式创新提供支持。具体来说,大数据能够为继续教育市场、教育机会开放、学习环境优化、学习体系完善、教育内容扩充、学习效果评估、社会认可度、继续教育价值链延伸等方面发挥其促进作用。因此,在大数据背景下,继续教育的发展战略是强化信息资源整合、提升其服务能力;优化课程机构、创新其办学模式;树立数据思维竞争意识、创新继续教育人才培养模式以及制定学习者中心战略、提升学习者的个性化服务需求。
[Abstract]:In big data's time, the traditional unquantifiable information and resources can be transformed into data resources, whose functions of prediction, accuracy and application can provide support for continuing education thinking and mode innovation. To be specific, big data is able to open up educational opportunities, optimize the learning environment, improve the learning system, expand the educational content, evaluate the learning effects, and recognize the society for the purpose of continuing education market, opening up educational opportunities, optimizing the learning environment, improving the learning system, Continuing education value chain extension and other aspects play a role in promoting. Therefore, under the background of big data, the development strategy of continuing education is to strengthen the integration of information resources, to enhance its service capacity, to optimize curriculum institutions, to innovate its mode of running schools, to establish a sense of competition in data thinking, Innovating the talent training mode of continuing education and formulating the learner-centered strategy to enhance the individualized service demand of learners.
