成人继续教育发展的动因、现状以及发展

【摘要】：成人继续教育作为高等教育的一部分和高等教育的进一步延伸。构建成人继续教育体系是现阶段我国社会经济发展的迫切需要,是推进我国高等教育内涵式发展的现实需要,是构建终身学习型社会和完善的国民教育体系的要求,同时也是我国高等教育国际化发展的现实需要。我国的成人继续教育体系存在的问题主要表现在:成人继续教育不能满足受教育者的实际要求,与社会经济发展要求相脱节;成人继续教育不受重视;成人继续教育的投入不足等问题。有鉴于此,应从构建终身学习的学习制度、细化市场实际需求、改变旧有的只重视学历教育的教育模式、明确大学后成人继续教育的办学思路以及以高校为主要阵地,充分发挥高校已有资源在大学后成人继续教育中的作用等方面入手,构建我国成人继续教育的发展模型。
[Abstract]:Adult continuing education as a part of higher education and the further extension of higher education. The construction of adult continuing education system is an urgent need for the social and economic development of our country at the present stage, a realistic need for promoting the implicit development of higher education in our country, and a requirement for the construction of a lifelong learning society and a perfect national education system. Also is our country higher education internationalization development realistic need. The problems of adult continuing education system in our country are as follows: adult continuing education can not meet the actual requirements of the educatees, it is out of line with the social and economic development requirements, the adult continuing education is not paid attention to; Problems such as insufficient investment in adult continuing education. In view of this, we should construct the learning system of lifelong learning, refine the actual needs of the market, change the old educational model that only attaches importance to the education of academic qualifications, clarify the idea of continuing education for adults after university and take the university as the main position. In order to construct the development model of adult continuing education in China, we should give full play to the role of the existing resources in the post-university adult continuing education.
