培智学校个别化家庭服务计划的个案研究

【摘要】：近几年来,特殊需要儿童的家庭早期干预越来越受到相关学者和家庭的重视。本研究通过分析个别化家庭服务计划的内涵和理论基础,并立足于计划的构成要素和实施流程,以淄博市某特殊教育学校的一名3岁智力障碍儿童为研究对象,进行了为期6个多月的干预训练。在此阶段主要进行了三次评估,采用的是《特殊需要儿童发展能力评估量表》,对家长满意度的调查采用的是自编的调查表,并根据每次的结果做及时的计划调整,以更好地适应儿童各方面能力的发展。为达到以上的研究目的,主要采取了文献研究法、观察法、调查法和个案研究法,并针对所在家庭的具体情况做出了相应的个别化家庭服务计划。通过半年多干预计划的实施,不仅促进了个案在感知觉方面、粗大动作方面、精细动作方面、语言与沟通方面、认知方面、社会交往方面和生活自理方面的提高,也使家庭的满意度得到了一定程度的提高。最后,以此个案研究积累的经验为基础,并针对培智学校的现状,提出了制定个别化家庭服务计划的建议,期望可以帮助智力障碍的儿童在早期干预的过程中可以更好地弥补缺陷,发展潜力,同时达到提高特殊儿童家庭生活质量的目标。
[Abstract]:In recent years, family early intervention of children with special needs has been paid more and more attention by scholars and families. Through analyzing the connotation and theoretical basis of the individualized family service plan, and based on the constituent elements and implementation process of the plan, this study takes a 3-year-old child with mental retardation in a special education school in Zibo as the research object. Intervention training was conducted for more than 6 months. At this stage, we mainly conducted three evaluations, using the "capacity Assessment scale for Children with Special needs". The survey of parents' satisfaction was based on a self-made questionnaire, and timely planning adjustments were made according to the results of each time. In order to better adapt to the development of all aspects of children's abilities. In order to achieve the above purpose, the author mainly adopts the methods of literature research, observation, investigation and case study, and makes the corresponding individualized family service plan according to the specific situation of the family. Through the implementation of the more than half a year intervention plan, it has not only promoted the improvement of individual cases in the aspects of perception, coarse movement, fine movement, language and communication, cognition, social interaction and self-care of life. Also make the satisfaction of the family got certain degree of improvement. Finally, on the basis of the experience accumulated in the case studies, and in view of the present situation of the schools for the mentally handicapped, the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of individual family service plans. It is expected that the children with mental retardation can make up for the defects and develop their potential in the early intervention process, and at the same time achieve the goal of improving the quality of family life of special children.
