学校教育资源对少数民族学生汉语成绩的影响——基于新疆大规模教育测评结果的分析

【摘要】:本研究对新疆地区3种教育模式下的242所小学校长及六年级13785名学生进行多水平回归分析,研究学校教育资源因素对学生汉语成绩的影响。结果表明:(1)双语幼儿园对双语班学生汉语成绩具有显著影响;(2)学生汉语成绩在学校间存在显著差异;(3)在学校教育资源方面,生均藏书数量、民考汉教师比例、教师教学水平对学生汉语成绩具有显著影响;(4)学校资源变量不仅对汉语成绩产生直接作用,并且通过学生个体水平变量对汉语成绩产生积极的或负向的影响。从结论中得到三点启示:(1)学前双语教育对学生汉语成绩存在显著影响,应加大推进学前双语教育工作;(2)控制其他变量后,教师汉语水平不能显著影响学生汉语成绩,而民族教师比例对学生汉语成绩具有显著影响,因此应加快培养民汉兼通的双语教师;(3)学校教育资源能够通过家庭环境对学生汉语成绩产生影响,应加强家校合作。总之,通过均衡配置教育资源,有利于全面提升新疆双语教育质量。
[Abstract]:In this study, multi-level regression analysis was carried out on two hundred and twenty-two primary school principals and 13785 sixth grade students in Xinjiang to study the influence of school educational resources on students' Chinese achievement. The results showed that: (1) the bilingual kindergarten has a significant influence on the Chinese achievement of the bilingual class. (2) there are significant differences in the scores of Chinese among schools. 3) in terms of the educational resources of the school, the average number of books collected by students, the proportion of Chinese and Chinese teachers, and the proportion of Chinese and Chinese teachers. Teachers' teaching level has a significant impact on students' Chinese achievements.) the school resource variables not only have a direct effect on Chinese achievements, but also have positive or negative effects on Chinese achievements through students' individual level variables. Three lessons are drawn from the conclusion: (1) Pre-school bilingual education has a significant impact on students' Chinese achievement, and the teachers' Chinese level can not significantly affect students' Chinese achievement after the work of promoting pre-school bilingual education is strengthened and other variables are controlled. The proportion of ethnic teachers has a significant impact on students' Chinese achievements, so we should speed up the training of bilingual teachers who are both Chinese and Chinese.) the school education resources can influence students' Chinese achievements through family environment, and we should strengthen the cooperation between home and school. In short, the balanced allocation of educational resources is conducive to improving the quality of bilingual education in Xinjiang.
