“身体接触类”体育游戏对聋哑青少年心理弹性的实验研究

【摘要】:“身体接触类”体育游戏属于体育游戏的一种类型,它是根据学生的身心发展的特点,通过各种有益于学生健康的组织形式有目的、有计划、有组织的体育教育活动。现阶段,体育游戏的类型有多种,对于研究特殊青少年(中轻度的聋哑青少年)的心理弹性而言,“身体接触类”体育游戏是一种较好的锻炼手段,它是通过同学之间的身体接触,娱乐的形式来塑造和加强学生面对困难果敢的良好品质。国内外关于聋哑青少年的现状研究很多,但是对于其心理弹性的研究少之又少,并且研究他们心理的大多数都是理论研究等。本文在借鉴这些国内外的研究综述的基础上,运用实验法,论证“身体接触类”体育游戏对聋哑青少年的心理弹性干预的效果。 本文通过查阅国内外相关的文献,以及去特教中心了解聋哑青少年的心理、生理状态,总结了该研究对象的概况。针对心理弹性,正常青少年的相关研究比较多,通过参考他们的现状研究与聋哑青少年的对比,进一步了解聋哑青少年的心理弹性状况。通过《青少年心理弹性量表》来测定他们的心理弹性水平,发现他们的缺陷来制定相应的“身体接触类”体育游戏,文章首先分析了该类游戏的特点与作用,尽量使游戏的各方面的作用在促进聋哑青少年的心理弹性中发挥地淋漓尽致。 本次实验样本是从济南特殊教育中心随机选取符合该实验条件的年龄范围都在14-16岁先天性中轻度残疾的聋哑青少年24人作为本次实验的样本量,之后随机平均分配分为两组:实验组和控制组。两组在实验之前从未受过“身体接触类”体育游戏的训练,,自从实验开始,实验组每周有五次的“身体接触类”体育游戏的干预,每节课40分钟,其他活动均与控制组相同,实验期限为15周。游戏的选择根据聋哑青少年的实际情况,通过对任课老师的访谈和配合来进行下一步的实施。本实验中采用多种研究方法,通过访谈法,了解聋哑青少年的基本状况以及游戏实施的可能性;观察法,是在实验过程中,观察学生的行为表现;运用《青少年心理弹性量表》对实验对象进行实验前后的评估并得到相应的数据,最后运用SPSS11.5数据处理软件对数据进行处理分析,然后采用t检验的实验方法,将实验组和对照组进行具体的对比分析,得出相应的结论。 实验结果显示:实验组与对照组相比,实验组实验对象的心理弹性在积极认知、人际关系两个维度上得到了一部分的提升,而在目标专注、情绪控制、家庭支持这三个维度上没有显著提升,但是就整体而言,实验组的心理弹性有所提升;对照组中的实验对象的心理弹性在个别实验数据上有细微的提升,但是相对实验组总体的提升效果差一些,就整体而言基本没有显著提升。最终的结论是:“身体接触类”体育游戏对聋哑青少年的心理弹性有一定的促进和提升效果。
[Abstract]:Physical contact sports games belong to one type of sports games. It is a kind of physical education activities which are purposeful, planned and organized according to the characteristics of students' physical and mental development and various organizational forms beneficial to students' health. At the present stage, there are many types of sports games. For studying the psychological elasticity of special teenagers (middle and mild deaf and mute teenagers), "physical contact" sports games are a good exercise means. It is the form of physical contact and entertainment between students to shape and strengthen the students face difficulties bold good quality. There are a lot of researches on the present situation of deaf and mute teenagers at home and abroad, but there are few researches on their mental resilience, and most of the researches on their psychology are theoretical studies and so on. Based on the review of these domestic and foreign studies, this paper demonstrates the effect of "physical contact" sports games on the psychological elasticity of deaf and mute teenagers by means of experimental method. This paper summarizes the general situation of the research object by consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad and going to the special education center to understand the psychological and physiological state of the deaf and mute teenagers. There are many related studies on normal adolescents in terms of mental resilience. By referring to their current situation and comparing them with those of deaf and mute adolescents, we can further understand the mental resilience of deaf-mute adolescents. By measuring their level of psychological elasticity and finding out their defects, the paper makes a corresponding "physical contact" sports game. The article first analyzes the characteristics and functions of this kind of game. Try to play the role of all aspects of the game in promoting the mental resilience of deaf and mute teenagers. The experiment sample was randomly selected from Jinan Special Education Center, 24 deaf and mute adolescents with congenital mild and moderate disabilities aged 14-16 years, as the sample size of this experiment. After that, they were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The two groups had never been trained in "physical contact" sports games before the experiment. Since the experiment, the experimental group had been involved in "physical contact" sports games five times a week for 40 minutes. The other activities were the same as those in the control group. The duration of the experiment was 15 weeks. According to the actual situation of deaf and mute teenagers, the selection of the game is carried out through the interview and cooperation of the teachers. In this experiment, we use various research methods to understand the basic situation of deaf and mute teenagers and the possibility of the implementation of the game through interviews, while the observation method is to observe the behavior of the students in the course of the experiment. Using the Adolescent Psychoelasticity scale, the subjects were evaluated before and after the experiment and the corresponding data were obtained. Finally, the data were processed and analyzed by SPSS11.5 data processing software, and then the experimental method of t test was used. The experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed, and the corresponding conclusions were drawn. The results showed that: compared with the control group, the subjects in the experimental group got some improvement in positive cognition and interpersonal relationship, but in the goal focus, emotional control. There was no significant improvement in the three dimensions of family support, but on the whole, the mental resilience of the experimental group was improved, while that of the subjects in the control group was slightly improved on individual experimental data. But compared with the experimental group as a whole, there was no significant improvement. The final conclusion is that physical contact sports games can promote and enhance the mental resilience of deaf and mute adolescents.
