美国亲职教育实践经验及对我国的启示

【摘要】：亲职教育是家庭教育的重要组成部分,美国作为最早提倡亲职教育的国家,其亲职教育在经过长期发展后逐渐走向成熟,在亲职教育立法、组织体制、内容、模式、师资水平、父母学习意识等方面积累了许多先进的经验。吸收和借鉴美国的亲职教育经验对建立和完善我国的亲职教育体系具有重要意义。我国发展亲职教育应积极立法、尽快建立多元主体的实施体制、丰富教育内容、运用多样化教育方式、探索亲职教育新模式、培养师资队伍、提高父母学习意识。
[Abstract]:Parental education is an important part of family education. The United States, as the first country to advocate parental education, has gradually matured after a long period of development. Parents have accumulated a lot of advanced experience in learning consciousness. It is of great significance to absorb and draw lessons from the experience of parental education in the United States to establish and perfect the system of parental education in China. In order to develop parental education, we should legislate actively, set up the implementation system of pluralistic subjects as soon as possible, enrich the educational content, use diversified education methods, explore the new mode of parent-vocational education, train teachers and improve parents' learning consciousness.
