就业服务视角下聋人大学生档案管理现状分析及对策

【摘要】：正高等教育下的聋人大学生作为人力资源,与普通大学生一样可以贡献自己的力量,为社会创造财富。聋人大学生由于生理障碍,自己实现就业的难度大,需要学校、社会等的帮助及用人单位的支持。~([1])聋人大学生就业服务支持体系中,档案的利用与服务作用尤为重要。聋人大学生档案直观体现出聋人个体全方位信息,有利于高校针对聋人大学生的特点制定人才培养方案,开展职业技能培训与实习,提高聋人大学生的就业技能;有
[Abstract]:As human resources, deaf students in higher education can contribute their own strength and create wealth for the society. Because of the physiological obstacle, it is difficult for deaf college students to obtain employment by themselves, so they need the help of school and society and the support of employers. ([1]) in the support system of employment service for deaf college students, the use and service function of archives is particularly important. The archives of deaf students directly reflect the all-round information of deaf students, which is helpful for colleges and universities to formulate talent training programs for deaf students, to carry out vocational skills training and practice, and to improve the employment skills of deaf college students.
