【摘要】:为了克服传统职称制度的弊端,需要重点抓好几个关键环节,包括:建立科学的职称分类评定制度,赋予用人单位更大的职称评定方面的自主权,建立科学的人才评价机制,完善相关配套措施。
[Abstract]:In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional title system , it is necessary to focus on several key links , including the establishment of scientific title classification and evaluation system , the granting of autonomy to the evaluation of job titles by employing units , the establishment of scientific talent evaluation mechanism and the improvement of relevant matching measures .
