听障中学生感恩心理及其相关因素研究

【摘要】：感恩作为积极情绪之一,可以通过建构多种生理、心理和社会资源,改善个体生活状况,转换个体看待问题的角度和思维方式,对个体发展具有重要意义。本研究的目的在于深入探究我国听障中学生感恩状况,为家庭和学校开展有效的感恩教育提供实证参考。本研究包括三个部分:一是参考国内外已有的感恩测量工具,构建适合于我国听障青少年感恩测量的理论模型,并据此编写听障中学生感恩测量工具。二是对听障中学生感恩的特点和相关因素做了分析。三是通过内隐联想测验(IAT),考察听障中学生感恩内隐效应的特点,探讨感恩内隐效应和外显感恩的关系。研究结果如下:(1)听障中学生感恩问卷包括认知、情感和行为倾向三个维度,问卷的信度、效度符合心理计量学的标准,可以用于听障中学生感恩水平的测量。(2)听障中学生的感恩水平总体偏高,性别差异边际显著,在学段和听力损伤程度上不存在显著差异。不同家庭结构听障中学生的感恩也没有显著差异。个体感受到的不同社会支持水平可以显著预测听障中学生的感恩水平。(3)听障中学生的感恩与自尊、主观幸福感存在极其显著的正相关,与整个心理健康测验的得分存在极其显著的负相关,和偏执、人际关系紧张与敏感、学习压力三个指标存在显著的负相关,和焦虑、适应不良、情绪不平衡、心理不平衡四个指标存在极其显著的负相关。(4)听障中学生感恩的内隐效应极其显著,和外显感恩不存在显著相关。二者是两个相对独立的系统。(5)听障中学生感恩的内隐效应在性别、年级和听力损伤程度上均不存在显著差异。
[Abstract]:As one of the positive emotions, gratitude can be used to construct a variety of physiological, psychological and social resources to improve the individual life situation and to transform the individual's perspective and way of thinking. It is of great significance to the individual development. The purpose of this study is to explore the gratitude status of the students in our country and to carry out an effective sense for the family and the school. This study includes three parts: first, referring to the domestic and foreign gratitude measurement tools, to construct a theoretical model suitable for the Thanksgiving measurement of the hearing impaired teenagers in our country, and to write the gratitude measurement tools for the deaf students. Two, the characteristics and related factors of the gratitude for the deaf students are analyzed. Three is through the analysis. The implicit association test (IAT) was used to investigate the characteristics of the implicit effect of gratitude for the deaf middle school students and to explore the relationship between implicit and explicit gratitude. The results are as follows: (1) the questionnaire includes three dimensions of cognition, emotion and behavior. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are in conformity with the standard of psychometrics and can be used for middle school students with hearing impairment. The measurement of gratitude level. (2) the level of gratitude of middle school students with hearing impairment is generally high, the margin of gender differences is significant, there is no significant difference between the academic segment and the degree of hearing impairment. There is no significant difference in the gratitude of the middle school students with different family structure hearing impairment. The individual feeling of different social support levels can predict the gratitude water of the deaf students. (3) there was an extremely significant positive correlation between the gratitude and self-esteem of the deaf middle school students, and there was an extremely significant negative correlation with the score of the whole mental health test, and paranoia, interpersonal tension and sensitivity, and the three indicators of learning stress, which had significant negative correlation, and anxiety, maladjustment, emotional imbalance, and psychological imbalance four. There was an extremely significant negative correlation in the indicators. (4) the implicit effect of gratitude for the deaf middle school students was extremely significant, and there was no significant correlation with the explicit gratitude. The two were two relatively independent systems. (5) the implicit effect of gratitude for the middle school students was not significantly different in gender, grade and hearing impairment.
