【摘要】:当前产能过剩问题已引起国家的高度重视,化解这一问题的重要步骤在于为下岗职工创造再就业机会,提高再就业职工的劳动技能。为此,要整合培训资源,灵活安排培训时间和培训方式,调整培训地点,制定灵活的学分制度,在培训中加强创业教育,从而深化教育供给侧改革,创新职业教育方式,提升职业教育和培训的有效性,促进下岗职工顺利再就业。
[Abstract]:The problem of overcapacity has been paid great attention to by the state at present. The important step to solve this problem is to create re-employment opportunities for laid-off workers and improve their labor skills. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate training resources, flexibly arrange training time and training methods, adjust training sites, formulate flexible credit system, strengthen entrepreneurship education in training, so as to deepen education supply-side reform and innovate vocational education methods. Improve the effectiveness of vocational education and training to promote the smooth re-employment of laid-off workers.
