地方服务业与职业教育互动的成人教育培训机制

【摘要】：地方服务业与职业教育互动的成人教育培训机制完善具有重要的研究意义和研究价值。产业结构的升级决定了职业教育的发展方向,职业教育对于地方服务业有促进或者阻碍的双向作用。但是,在具体的成人教育培训机制构建完善过程中存在着目标相对狭窄和陈旧,专业设置相对迟缓,成人教育服务于地方服务业的功能单一等问题。因此,我们要完善职业资格证书制度,建立契合地方服务业发展需要的专业设置制度,推进成人教育院校与地方服务行业的深度合作,发挥地方政策的支持和政府的监督作用。
[Abstract]:The improvement of adult education and training mechanism between local service industry and vocational education has important research significance and research value. The upgrading of industrial structure determines the development direction of vocational education, which can promote or hinder the local service industry. However, in the process of constructing and perfecting the specific adult education and training mechanism, there are some problems, such as relatively narrow and obsolete objectives, relatively slow professional setting, and the single function of adult education serving the local service industry. Therefore, we should perfect the vocational qualification certificate system, establish the professional establishment system that suits the needs of the development of the local service industry, promote the deep cooperation between the adult education colleges and the local service industry, and give play to the support of the local policies and the supervision of the government.
