社区学习共同体的动力机制及模型建构——基于动力学的视角

【摘要】：动力机制的协调有序运转是驱动社区学习共同体健康长效运行的关键。当前,我国社区学习共同体广泛建立,活动开展得轰轰烈烈。但实践表明,这些活动的实际效果并不理想,多数共同体往往昙花一现,难以长久为继。本文基于动力学的研究视角,对社区学习共同体的动机影响因素以及各因素之间交互作用机理进行系统分析,并在此基础上,构建社区学习共同体动力机制生态模型,进而提出模型在实践运行中的实现路径。通过对社区学习共同体系统运行的动力机制问题进行创生性的探索,以期全面揭示社区学习共同体动力机制的运行机理,为当前现实实践提供切实可行的理论指导。
[Abstract]:The coordinated and orderly operation of the dynamic mechanism is the key to the healthy and long-term operation of the community learning community. At present, our community learning community is widely established, the activities are booming. But the practice shows that the practical effect of these activities is not ideal, and most communities are short-lived and difficult to last for a long time. Based on the dynamic research perspective, this paper systematically analyzes the motivational factors and the interaction mechanism of the community learning community, and on this basis, constructs the ecological model of the community learning community dynamic mechanism. Then the implementation path of the model in practice is put forward. Through the creative exploration of the dynamic mechanism of community learning community system, the author hopes to reveal the running mechanism of community learning community dynamic mechanism in an all-round way, and to provide practical theoretical guidance for current practical practice.
