农村转移劳动力职业教育与培训作用机理实证研究

【摘要】：新型城镇化进程中,农村转移劳动力发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章通过对农村转移劳动力职业教育与培训对于劳动者职业技能、收入、生活满意度、城市融入、就业稳定性与满意度以及培训与创业意愿的影响展开实证研究。探析农村转移劳动力职业教育与培训的作用机理,提出加强政府扶持、引导与宣传;鼓励行业协会、企业、社会培训机构等多元化主体参与到转移劳动力职业教育与培训中;加强农村转移劳动力职业教育与素质教育并举,促进城市融入;引入第三方监督机制提升职业教育与培训质量;提升转移劳动力参与职业教育与培训的主动性和参与意愿;加强转移劳动力终身教育机制的构建等策略。
[Abstract]:In the new urbanization process, the rural transfer labor force is playing a more and more important role. This paper conducts an empirical study on the effects of vocational education and training of rural migrant labor force on workers' vocational skills, income, life satisfaction, urban integration, employment stability and satisfaction, as well as training and entrepreneurial willingness. This paper probes into the mechanism of vocational education and training of rural migrant labor force, proposes to strengthen government support, guide and propagandize, encourage the diversified subjects such as trade associations, enterprises and social training institutions to participate in the transfer of labor force vocational education and training. Strengthen rural labor force transfer vocational education and quality education, promote urban integration; introduce third-party supervision mechanism to improve the quality of vocational education and training; enhance the transfer of labor force to participate in vocational education and training initiative and participation willingness; Strengthen the construction of lifelong education mechanism of labor force transfer and other strategies.
