农村基层农技人员定向培养的思索

【摘要】：农村基层农技人员队伍建设问题已成为制约当前我国农村农业发展的重要瓶颈。阐述了农村基层农技人员定向培养的目的意义,以浙江省依托浙江农林大学开展农村基层农技人员定向培养试点工作实践为案例,提出完善农村基层农技人员定向培养工作的政策和建议。
[Abstract]:The construction of rural grass-roots agricultural technicians has become an important bottleneck restricting the development of rural agriculture. This paper expounds the purpose and significance of orientation training of rural grass-roots agritechnical personnel, and takes Zhejiang Province as an example to carry out the pilot work of rural grass-roots agritechnical personnel orientation training based on Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University. Put forward the policy and suggestion of perfecting the orientation training work of rural basic level agricultural technical personnel.
