同奈省扶贫职业培训质量提升路径研究

【摘要】：贫穷是全球的一个问题。如果贫穷问题不得解决,就没有国际、国家共同提出的任何目标可以解决到,如：和平、稳定、社会公平。最近几年来,由创新政策,越南的经济正在快速增长,大部分人民的生活已经明确地加强。不过贫富的分化也正在猛烈演出。有许多原因引起贫穷,但是按许多调查、考察的结果,可以看到一个引起贫穷的大原因是贫穷人缺少知识、技能。因此,在2006-2010阶段的国家减贫目标计划中,给贫穷的培训职业项目已成为计划的组成一部分,给贫穷人造条件让他们有机会提高技能,参加劳动市场,增加收入,改善生活。同奈是国民增长总值年平均在全国最高的一个省,但是贫困人口仍然存在很多(2011年年初,全省有42.520户贫困户,与省区域总户人数相比占比率为)。按2011-2015阶段开始的贫困户的调查结果,在劳动年龄的贫穷人数是107665个人,不过只有4797个劳动有技能。所以,本省的党、政权特别关心到贫穷人的职业培训问题和看为是一些尖端解法之一帮助贫穷人坚固脱贫。通过了解在同奈省上的对贫穷人培训职业实况,目前关于对贫穷人培训职业问题评价猛点与弱点是怎么样。从此提出方向旨在提高贫穷人培训职业质量,协助贫穷人有必要技能为了创造稳定工作,增加收入,帮助他们脱贫。我选择“同奈省扶贫职业培训质量提升路径研究”的题材。
[Abstract]:Poverty is a global problem. If the problem of poverty cannot be solved, there will be no international, national goals that can be solved, such as peace, stability, and social equity. In recent years, thanks to innovative policies, Vietnam's economy is growing rapidly, and the lives of most people have been clearly strengthened. But the polarization between the rich and the poor is also playing hard. There are many causes of poverty, but according to many surveys, survey results, we can see a major cause of poverty is poor people lack of knowledge, skills. As a result, in the National Poverty reduction Target Plan for the period 2006-2010, training vocational projects for poverty have become part of the plan, giving the poor artificial conditions that give them the opportunity to upgrade their skills, participate in the labour market, increase income and improve their lives. Tongneh is the province with the highest annual GDP growth in the country, but there are still many poor people (at the beginning of 2011, there were 42.520 poor households in the province, which is a proportion of the total number of households compared with the total number of provinces and regions). The survey of poor households, which began in 2011-2015, put the number of working-age poor at 107665, though only 4,797 were skilled. Therefore, the provincial party and government are particularly concerned about the problem of vocational training for the poor and consider it one of the cutting-edge methods to help the poor to firmly lift themselves out of poverty. By learning about the training of the poor in Tongai province, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the current evaluation of the vocational training of the poor? From then on, the aim is to improve the quality of the job training of the poor, to help the poor with the necessary skills, to create stable jobs, to increase their incomes, and to help them out of poverty. I choose the theme of "Tongnai Province poverty alleviation vocational training quality improvement path study."
