一位特殊教育专家型教师成长的叙事研究

【摘要】:文章采用叙事研究的方法,分析了一位全国教书育人楷模从初入特殊教育的"不知所措",扎根一线辛勤耕耘30载后,逐步成长为"胸有成竹"的专家型教师的工作经历。研究表明:特殊教育专家型教师成长过程中不仅要有明确的教育信念,还要潜心学习专业知识,深入研究教学方法,注重教学规范,勇于克服各种难题,才能引导学生不断发展,最终使自己在理论与实践的基础上成长为一名专家型教师。
[Abstract]:By using the method of narrative research, this paper analyzes the work experience of an expert teacher who has been working hard for 30 years and has gradually grown up to be an expert teacher who has been a national model of teaching and educating people from the beginning of his education to special education, after 30 years of hard work in the front line. The research shows that in the process of growing up, special education expert teachers should not only have clear educational beliefs, but also concentrate on learning professional knowledge, deeply study teaching methods, pay attention to teaching norms, and dare to overcome all kinds of difficult problems. Ability to guide students to develop and eventually to grow into an expert teacher on the basis of theory and practice.
