学习型社会背景下农村老龄人口的教育问题探讨

【摘要】:构建学习型社会是当今中国发展正在经历的一个转型和变革,也是我国的一个战略目标。在全民学习、终身教育的浪潮之下,农村老龄人口则面临着自身知识基础薄弱、学习愿望不强、学习能力不足等自身缺陷以及接受新的教育的资源较少、周围教育环境差等外部困境,严重影响了农村社会的稳定以及和谐社会的构建。构建以政府为主导的农村老龄人口教育机制体制、转变农村老龄人口接受不断教育的理念以及营造一个全民学习的社会氛围都将对农村老龄人口现阶段的教育提供必要的条件和助推力,推动学习型社会的进一步发展。
[Abstract]:The construction of a learning society is a transformation and transformation in the development of China today. It is also a strategic goal of our country. Under the tide of whole people learning and lifelong education, the aged people in rural areas are faced with their own weaknesses in their knowledge base, poor learning desire, lack of learning ability, and the resources to accept new education. Fewer, poor surrounding education environment and other external difficulties have seriously affected the stability of the rural society and the construction of a harmonious society. The construction of an educational mechanism for the rural aged population led by the government, the idea of changing the rural aging population to receive continuous education and the building of a social atmosphere for the whole people will be present to the rural aged population. The stage of education provides the necessary conditions and thrust to promote the further development of a learning society.
