【摘要】：关于基础教育校园长培训教育改革问题,正成为一个全社会高度关注的焦点问题,政府在政策、项目、资源等方面作了大量务实性工作,相关高校和学术界也对这个问题进行了针对性的探索与研究。在政府、高校、学术界的洽合之间,不仅凸显出基础教育校园长培训教育发展的迫切性问题,还突出了成人转化学习与基础教育校园长培训发展的关系问题。在此意义上,我们有必要从理论与实践的层面上,对成人转化学习与基础教育校园长培训发展之间的相互促进、相互浸润的辨证关系进行必然性探索,以期为我国基础教育校园长培训改革发展寻到新动能。
[Abstract]:Regarding the reform of the education for the long training of the basic education campus, it is becoming a focus of attention of the whole society. The government has done a great deal of practical work in the fields of policies, projects, resources, etc. Relevant colleges and universities and academia have also carried out targeted exploration and research on this issue. Between the government, university and academic circles, it not only highlights the urgency of the development of the long training education in the basic education campus, but also highlights the relationship between adult transformation learning and the development of the long training in the basic education campus.
