基于Logistic模型对河南省新型职业农民接受远程培训意愿的分析

【摘要】：为探索河南省新型职业农民远程培训意愿的影响因素,以河南省虞城、汝阳、沈丘等5个县共248名新型职业农民为研究对象,利用Logistic回归模型对性别、年龄、所需承担的费用等因素与新型职业农民远程培训意愿进行回归分析。结果表明,新型职业农民接受远程培训意愿与性别、年龄、所需承担的费用呈显著负相关,与文化程度、家庭互联网接入情况、计算机和网络应用水平、新型职业农民培训经历呈显著正相关。建议加大宣传力度,提高女性参与远程培训的积极性,将培训资金纳入财政预算并逐年增加投入,创新远程培训方式满足新型职业农民多元化需求,提高培训的针对性与时效性。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the influencing factors of long-distance training intention of new-type vocational farmers in Henan Province, 248 new-type professional farmers from five counties, Yucheng, Ruyang and Shenqiu in Henan Province, were studied. The sex and age were analyzed by Logistic regression model. The cost and other factors are regressed with the long-distance training intention of the new type of professional farmers. The results showed that the willingness of new type vocational farmers to receive distance training was negatively correlated with gender, age, cost, and educational level, family Internet access, computer and network application level. The training experience of new vocational farmers was positively correlated. It is suggested that the propaganda should be strengthened, the enthusiasm of women to participate in distance training should be increased, the training funds should be included in the budget and the investment should be increased year by year, and the ways of distance training should be innovated to meet the diversified needs of the new type of professional Improve the pertinence and timeliness of training.
