厦门市区级老年大学功能配置与教学空间设计研究

【摘要】:随着我国老龄化进度的加快,老龄问题受到社会和政府的广泛关注。老年大学作为我国老年教育最主要的依托形式,是提高老年人精神养老品质、满足精神文化需求、促进老年人继续社会化的重要渠道。目前老年大学的功能和空间都不足以满足老年人的使用需求,因此对于老年大学建筑的研究就显得非常迫切。本文以厦门市区级的老年大学为研究对象,结合国内外相关理论研究为基础,从老年人的身心需求、行为方式等方面出发,通过对老年大学的使用现状进行实态调研及对老年学员进行校舍和教室使用情况问卷调查,总结出老年大学现状空间、功能和流线方面存在的不足。通过对调研结果量化分析,发现老年大学的教室空间存在的问题最突出,亟待解决。作为老年大学的主导空间,教室空间是老年学员使用频率最高的空间,针对教室空间的设计对于改善老年学员的学习环境至关重要。因此,以适老化、复合化和可变性为设计原则,对老年大学教室的分类、设计要求、使用人数、主要功能的配置进行了系统的研究,提出了厦门市区级老年大学9类教室的平面布局及面积指标。针对老年大学的内部功能配置的研究,通过将老年大学与国家相关法规、地域性需求相结合,提出了基础配置、建议配置、可选配置三种功能配置的类型,以满足老年大学不同阶段的发展需求。根据老年学员对活动、参与和展示、医疗保健、休憩、餐饮等潜在功能的需求,提出了功能复合化的设计策略,以满足不同功能的需求。分别从老年大学教学空间的复合化和老年大学与养老设施、文体设施、医疗设施三类设施的复合化两方面进行了深入研究,以优化整体功能,最大化各功能的使用效率。希望通过本论文的研究,在理论上丰富了对老年大学类型的研究,对今后厦门乃至全国的老年大学的功能配置及教学空间设计提供依据和参考。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of aging in China, the problem of aging has been widely concerned by the society and the government. As the most important form of the education for the elderly in China, the university for the aged is an important channel to improve the quality of the aged's spiritual endowment, meet the needs of spiritual culture, and promote the socialization of the elderly. At present, the function and space of the university are not enough to meet the needs of the elderly, so the research of the university architecture for the elderly is very urgent. This paper takes the district university of Xiamen as the research object, combines the domestic and foreign related theory research as the foundation, starts from the old people's physical and mental needs, the behavior way and so on aspect. Through the actual investigation of the current situation of the use of the university for the aged and the questionnaire survey on the use of the school premises and classrooms of the elderly students, the deficiencies in the space, function and streamline of the current situation of the university are summarized. Through the quantitative analysis of the investigation results, it is found that the problems in the classroom space of the aged university are the most prominent and urgent to be solved. As the dominant space of the university for the aged, classroom space is the most frequently used space for the elderly students. The design of the classroom space is very important to improve the learning environment of the elderly students. Therefore, based on the design principles of suitable aging, compounding and variability, this paper makes a systematic study on the classification, design requirements, number of users and allocation of main functions of the classroom of the aged university. This paper puts forward the layout and area index of 9 kinds of classrooms in Xiamen district-level geriatric university. In view of the research on the internal function allocation of the university for the aged, by combining the relevant laws and regulations of the country and the regional demand, the paper puts forward three types of function configuration: basic configuration, recommended configuration and optional configuration. In order to meet the needs of the different stages of the development of universities for the elderly. According to the needs of the elderly cadets for the potential functions of activities, participation and display, medical care, rest, catering and so on, a design strategy of functional compound design was put forward to meet the needs of different functions. In order to optimize the overall function and maximize the efficiency of each function, this paper makes a deep research on the combination of teaching space of the university for the aged and the facilities for the aged, sports facilities and medical facilities, respectively, in order to optimize the overall function and maximize the efficiency of the use of each function. It is hoped that the research on the types of universities for the aged can be enriched theoretically through the research of this paper, and it will provide the basis and reference for the functional configuration and teaching space design of the universities for the aged in Xiamen and even all over the country in the future.
