老龄化社会视域下保定市老年大学学员学情研究

【摘要】:随着我国人口老龄化趋势的日益明显,加强老年教育显得十分重要,而老年大学不仅是开展老年教育最重要的场所,还是构建学习型社会和完善终身教育体系的重要载体。虽然保定市老年大学己经有三十多年的办学历史,取得了一定的成果,但是总体还处于探索阶段。本研究以保定市老年大学的学员为研究对象,主要采用问卷调查的研究方法,通过对保定市老年大学学员学情的研究,真正了解老年学员的学习现状,分析老年学员学习中遇到的问题,在参考己有研究成果的基础上,从老年学员、老年大学、家庭以及政府、社会组织等方面提出了保定市老年大学学员学习情况的优化策略。其有利于提高老年大学的教学质量,提高老年学员晚年生活质量,积极应对老龄化社会,促进学习型社会的构建。本论文共分为四部分。第一部分是绪论,主要概述本研究的研究缘起、研究的目的和意义,概述国内外研究现状,提出本研究的研究思路和所采用的研究方法,指出研究的重点、难点和创新点。第二部分是概念界定和理论依据,对本研究的主要概念学情、老年学习以及老年大学进行界定;探讨论文撰写过程中主要理论依据,如老年教育理论、马斯洛需求层次理论以及积极老龄化理论。第三部分是基于保定市老年大学学员学情的调查分析。一方面涉及的是问卷和访谈的设计,论文调查研究的范围和研究对象的抽样。另一方面是分析和讨论,主要对问卷的统计结果进行分析,指出保定市老年大学学员学习情况的影响因素。第四部分是优化老年大学学员学情对策,主要从老年学员、老年大学、家庭以及其他四个维度提出保定市老年大学学员学习情况的优化策略。
[Abstract]:With the increasing trend of aging population in China, it is very important to strengthen the education for the elderly, and the university for the elderly is not only the most important place to develop the education for the elderly, but also an important carrier to build a learning society and perfect the lifelong education system. Although Baoding University for the aged has a history of more than 30 years, it has made some achievements, but it is still in the stage of exploration. This research takes the students of Baoding University for the aged as the research object, mainly adopts the questionnaire research method, through the research to the study situation of the senior university students in Baoding City, we can really understand the current situation of the aged students. Based on the analysis of the problems encountered in the study of the aged students, this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of the learning situation of the senior students in Baoding City from the aspects of the aged students, the senior college students, the family, the government and the social organization. It is helpful to improve the teaching quality of the university for the aged, to improve the quality of life of the aged students in their later years, to actively deal with the aging society and to promote the construction of the learning-type society. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly summarizes the origin, purpose and significance of the research, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, puts forward the research ideas and research methods adopted in this study, and points out the key points, difficulties and innovation points of the research. The second part is the conceptual definition and theoretical basis, the main conceptual situation of this study, elderly learning and geriatric universities to define the main theoretical basis in the process of writing the paper, such as the theory of geriatric education, Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs and the theory of active aging. The third part is based on the investigation and analysis of the academic situation of the senior university students in Baoding City. On the one hand, it involves the design of questionnaire and interview, the scope of research and sampling of research objects. On the other hand, it analyzes and discusses the statistical results of the questionnaire, and points out the influencing factors of the students' study in Baoding City. The fourth part is to optimize the learning situation of senior college students, mainly from the elderly students, the elderly university, family and other four dimensions of the study of the elderly students in Baoding City, the optimization strategy.
