新型职业农民心理资本与自我导向学习的关系

【摘要】:自我导向学习作为成人学习的一种重要方式,有利于新型职业农民知识和技能的开发,帮助他们步入职业化道路。基于积极心理学视角,能够为自我导向学习的发生机理提供一个有效的概念框架,有利于丰富自我导向学习的理论视阈。目前,国内关于该方面的研究还有所缺失。结合"心理资本"与"自我导向学习"的理论框架,可以有效探讨二者之间的关系。基于心理资本问卷和自我导向学习倾向量表的数据收集,通过描述性统计分析、皮尔逊相关分析和回归分析等方法的运用,论证了三点结论:第一、新型职业农民的心理资本与自我导向学习之间高度相关,其中自我效能感与自我导向学习的相关系数最高;第二、新型职业农民的心理资本与自我导向学习之间为线性关系,心理资本能够对新型职业农民自我导向学习做出一定的预测;第三、新型职业农民心理资本四个子维度对自我导向学习影响程度从大到小依次为:自我效能感、乐观、韧性、希望。
[Abstract]:Self-directed learning, as an important way of adult learning, is conducive to the development of new professional farmers' knowledge and skills, and helps them to enter the road of professionalization. Based on the perspective of positive psychology, it can provide an effective conceptual framework for the occurrence mechanism of self-oriented learning, which is helpful to enrich the theoretical horizon of self-oriented learning. At present, the domestic research on this area is still missing. Combining with the theoretical framework of psychological capital and self-oriented learning, the relationship between them can be explored effectively. Based on the psychological capital questionnaire and the self-directed learning disposition scale, the paper uses descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis to demonstrate three conclusions: first, There is a high correlation between psychological capital and self-directed learning of new-type professional farmers, in which the correlation coefficient between self-efficacy and self-directed learning is the highest, second, the linear relationship between psychological capital and self-directed learning of new-type vocational farmers. Psychological capital can make a certain prediction of self-oriented learning of new professional farmers; third, the four sub-dimensions of psychological capital of new professional farmers have a great impact on self-oriented learning, followed by self-efficacy, optimism and resilience. hope
