中国社区教育社会化推进策略研究

【摘要】：社区教育作为新时期教育体系涌现出的新形式,是学校围墙教育向社会教育的再延伸,对推进教育社会化,普及社会教育化,加强教育社会一体化进程具有重要的推动作用,同时社区教育作为以整合社区教育资源为方式,以实现全民学习为目标的符合社会与时代发展要求的教育,也是实现终身教育与学习型社会的建设的重要载体。我国社区教育从上世纪80年代开始真正开展以来,主要通过实验区带动其他地区进行发展的模式。时至今日社区教育成绩斐然,但是不可否认的是多地社区教育发展还较为落后,当地政府未将其作为主推工作,进而导致多数社区民众未能将社区学习作为工作、生活的重要组成部分。诸多方面的因素导致社区教育社会化进程发展缓慢。本文以访谈调查、文献查阅为主要研究方法,通过对全国多个社区教育实验区g工作人员进行访谈,以当前社区教育社会化现状为基准,对社区教育发展中存在的问题进行分析,进而提出社区教育社会化进程中的主要策略。本文主要分为四个部分：第一部分,社区教育社会化提出的背景、目的和意义以及文章主要的研究方法。通过对当前国内外形势的分析,指出社区教育社会化的重要性,并对社会化的意义进行阐释,同时介绍在研究过程中主要采取的研究方法和理论创新。第二部分,文章核心概念的解释。通过文献法对社区教育、社会化及社区教育社会化等概念进行梳理,并在归纳总结前人研究的基础上,对本文核心概念进行再次界定,并将其作为行文的理论基础。第三部分,当前我国社区教育发展的现状描述。通过对全国多个社区教育实验区社区教育开展现状的调查了解,总结出当前社区教育取得的成绩与存在的问题,为下一步提出推进策略提供现实基础。第四部分,中国社区教育社会化推进策略。通过之前的调查研究与文献资料的查阅,在对中国社区教育现状基本了解的基础上,提出适合中国国情的社区教育社会化的推进策略。
[Abstract]:As a new form of education system in the new period, community education is the extension of school wall education to social education, which plays an important role in promoting the socialization of education, popularizing social education and strengthening the process of educational and social integration. At the same time, community education as a way to integrate community education resources, to achieve the goal of universal learning as the goal of the development of society and the times to meet the needs of education, but also to achieve lifelong education and the construction of a learning society an important carrier. Since the development of community education in our country in 1980's, the mode of development in other areas has been mainly driven by the experimental areas. To date, community education has achieved remarkable results, but it is undeniable that the development of community education in many places is still relatively backward, and the local government has not taken it as the main task, which has resulted in the majority of the community people failing to take community learning as their work. An important part of life. Many factors cause the socialization of community education to develop slowly. In this paper, the main research methods are interview investigation and literature review. Through interviews with g staff in many experimental areas of community education in China, the present situation of socialization of community education is taken as the benchmark. The problems existing in the development of community education are analyzed, and the main strategies in the process of socialization of community education are put forward. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part, the background, purpose and significance of the socialization of community education, as well as the main research methods. By analyzing the current situation at home and abroad, this paper points out the importance of socialization of community education, explains the significance of socialization, and introduces the main research methods and theoretical innovations adopted in the course of research. The second part, the article core concept explanation. This paper combs the concepts of community education, socialization and socialization of community education through literature method, and on the basis of summing up the previous studies, defines the core concepts of this paper again, and takes them as the theoretical basis of the writing. The third part describes the current situation of the development of community education in China. Through the investigation and understanding of the present situation of community education in many experimental areas of community education in China, this paper summarizes the achievements and problems of community education, and provides a realistic basis for the next step to put forward the strategies for promoting community education. The fourth part, the Chinese community education socialization promotion strategy. On the basis of the basic understanding of the current situation of community education in China, this paper puts forward the strategies of promoting the socialization of community education suitable for China's national conditions.
